SGF is proud to make fertility treatment more affordable by accepting exclusive fertility benefits provided by employers/companies as well as third-party administrators. SGF patients who choose to use their benefits from the below list of providers will enjoy negotiated preferred service rates and a streamlined claims process.
Some fertility benefit administrators may require employees to enroll directly with their organization in order to be eligible for fertility treatment benefits. Please note: Shady Grove Fertility is located on both the 1st floor (lobby level) and 7th floor of 2021 K Street NW. For all new patient and follow-up appointments, please arrive at the 7th floor, suite 701. For patients visiting this office for monitoring appointments, please arrive on the 1st floor, suite 101.

The K Street office is 5 blocks from the metro, and parking is very limited. If you are planning to drive, the rates for the garage next to the building are as follows:
  • $13 if less than an hour
  • $23 if more than an hour
Some metered parking is available; please allow ample time to find street or garage parking.

From Farragut North Station (Red Line) at Connecticut Ave. NW:

  1. Depart Connecticut Ave. NW toward K St. NW
  2. Turn right onto K St. NW; the Executive Inn is on the corner
  3. Arrive at 2021 K; it’s the building on the right, next to Tschiffely Pharmacy and Froggy Bottom Pub
