The overall success rate in the Donor Program is an excellent 65% clinical pregnancy rate per embryo transfer*. Uniquely, Shady Grove staff personally recruits, screens, and matches nearly all of the egg donors in our anonymous donor program. Rarely are expensive outside agencies used. While internal recruitment is a time-consuming process for our staff, we believe this service provides a multitude of benefits for our patients, making it all worthwhile. Hands on management of the egg donor recruitment process allows us to:
